Wow - talk about hard landing - i owned shares in these guys till about last month when i off-loaded them at $2.40/share (i bought SCG well before the market drop so pretty much similar position as i would have if i had just held onto NSR).
Anyways i sold my NSR because I couldn't justify holding them at the price it went to and wasn't confident after having some other bad experiences (for anyone interested check HSO.ASX & VLW.ASX).
Anyways now that the buyers have gone away and the price has dropped this crazy do i think its attractive? Hell yeah - at current price and considering as an REIT they have probably got secure revenue and probably stable divs as well. Just need to wait for my other divs to come and will buy in again.
To all the current holders - GLTA - i don't have a crystal ball but pretty certain this is a winner (even if not for today).
