Clearly you’re not across the recent exemption around directors obligations in relation to insolvent trading. This will give the company a bit of breathing space, allowing them to stretch out the funding negs until conditions hopefully improve/stabilise.
While good for Webjet I still think it’s bloody outrageous the govt allowed that change to get that through. How will anyone know if they’re dealing with a zombie company? Suspect this will result in many companies switching their trade terms to cash only and create a serious economic drag.
