Part of the reason I thought discount may not be steep is because we just had 2 new substantial holders. If I remember correctly, Vanguard bought into Bellamys just days before they had the take over offer. Additionally, Both Vanguard and MUFJ became substantial holders in A2m when the SP was around 10 before it rose to ~ 17. I expect the net outcome of this capital raise to be favorable.
