Look at the financials as at 30/06/2019 - they had cash and receivables and a large payable and a loan, they pretty much had no net money and debt of $150 million, add in prob lost out on the receivables/payables due to defaults, they are right royally fuked here sorry.
Prob breached loan covenants also. This may never list/trade again if things don't go well, I cant see who would invest in to this business knowing there is a 12 month minimum period of no revenue coming up..
