    Seems strange the negotiations are resolved at a time like this, when our sp is rock bottom and with everything going on in the world.....I see a few possibilities:

    1) This is COVID-19 related
    2) With the sp at its current state Cellmid gave in to a low ball offer on a contract
    3)We got lucky and negotiated a super deal at the right time
    4)You tell me....
