occhi I am starting to wonder if I have been barking up the wrong tree with the midkine assets and am thinking that perhaps we have let a major contract for the manufacture of the evolis products. My previous inquiry to the company brought the following response -
"Thank you for your email and interest in our operations. We cannot comment on the identities or specifics of our international distribution centres or manufacturing sites beyond what has been released to market.

For evolis, with the exception of our Japanese manufactured evolis for men and women's shampoos, all of our products are licenced to carry the Australian Made logo. To be able to present this trademark on our goods this we must follow the applicable terms associated with the licence. That is, that the goods must be made, grown, or have the last "substantial transformation" occur in Australia. Information on substantial transformations and what this entails can be found on the ACCC website or the Australian Made Campaigns website.

Simply, to carry the logo we have to make the goods here, but we can use a minority proportion of imported ingredients as long as the finished product is substantially different in identity, nature and character from those imported goods"
"Apologies, In addition to the Japanese manufactured Shampoo, we neglected to mention the dry shampoo, which is manufactured in the USA"
