Speculation here - from what I have read a lot of Retts sufferers have respiratory issues, so I can't imagine potential Covid-19 exposure is a good thing for them. Couldn't afford a participant to get sick at a trial centre. I could also imagine some concern for participant's parents as there is a lot of fear out there.
I think we are in for a delay. Hopefully current participants will complete the 12 weeks and go onto Lilac, but maybe new participants will be halted? Probably the TH is to align comms with Acadia as it will be a kick in the nuts for them too.
