1: We KNOW an ann from them is coming. 2: They didn't do it last night indicating it may need some careful thought. We can now expect it before/during their Monday trading. 3: They didn't think the news material enough to require a TH - i.e. the fact that an ann is coming had been telegraphed though the NEUREN TH, but they considered it ethical to trade themselves with the market (potentially) aware that news of Rett's/ COVID-19 implications was imminent.
My conclusion: ACADIA don't consider what they have to announce re the trial will significantly affect their SP. This of course would not necessarily apply to NEUREN as the trial and its duration is of much more importance to us than it is to them.
