I really can’t see how the pending announcement could relate to NNZ-2591.
The announcement was said to be regarding ongoing clinical trials. There are no clinical trials currently happening in NNZ-2591, so surely it must relate to the current Phase 3 Rett trial?

The spread of this virus is creating a rapidly and drastically changing situation for clinical trials. In the space of just 4 days this week, surveyed US clinical trial sites have reported an 88% increase in patient unwillingness to continue participating in a clinical trial.
And that survey was completed just before the announced lockdown in California (40 million pop.), with other states almost certain to follow.
Unfortunately, I believe that the pandemic associated restrictions will cause major disruption to clinical trials worldwide.
