- Then they downgrade guidance.
- Then they withdraw guidance.
- Then they get hit with an adverse judgment and still say they have enough cash to pay for the damages.
- Now they raise capital.
The CEO of Cochlear is a liar, and the company are basically a bunch of crooks - I was sensing this was brewing. Glad I bailed at $230.
