That's a fair point, but even COVID-19 aside, they needed to have debt facilities to fund a court judgment. Really? Cochlear should have stopped paying dividends and managed its capital better rather than dilute existing shareholders and trying to predict what could happen in a court case. CEO and board should be refreshed.
