My guess, and of coarse its only a guess, is that a large holder has moved in behind the scenes to protect their investment by offering to, (or being asked to) take a placement in order to piss off the loan, which may have triggered a covenant, or may have too many damaging conditions in this environment.
I cant find enough non-conflicting information to figure out what this would cost.
Hopefully its Perrenial so we get a new direction in the process. Plus they will be on the hook for a higher buy in price than most of us.
