SAR def did time their sale very well.
If you are right Undaunted, then that is indeed a very hefty raising, however, I do think its a logical move, considering the list of failures that @brianchu82 mentioned. That being said, the discount is actually not that bad considering how much they are raising.
Must have been some very big pockets signing up.
