its hard to look at this delay as an isolated incident, when there is a re-current history of failing to deliver X Y and Z documents within the deadline.

the accumulation of all these incidents is indicative of a problem within GMV's processes and mangement.

In addition to that, this whole UK hospital's trials, which ended up being smoke by the sales rep, also highlights a very deep problem within GMVs Sales dept. As someone who works within sales, opportunities like that should/would get validated at different levels within the organization before they get forecasted, let alone announced to shareholders. Still, there has been no official communication to the market about it
and unless you attended the AGM, you would still think does opps are alive.
