The company has all the hallmarks of a rolling debacle, amateur hour, call it what you will.

it's history suggests great with ideas but can't execute plans then fails to account for itself. And in the meantime spending shareholder funds like a drunken sailor, like there's no tomorrow.

the trading halt was for what again? Certainly not about China, where an application for registration had been lodged all those years ago, right.
