Hoping the merger still proceeds but on revised terms.
Agree that PFS is a complimentary business to EML
if you look at a lot of the marketing PFS has been doing in the past 6-8 weeks it’s been join which provides confidence
does anyone know what EML was supposed to pay up front on the deal being secured? Eg the cash component back to original owners (Mr & Mrs Moran)?
