With Government endorsement on loans with the Covid19 situation, It'd be cheaper to and easier to obtain almost interest free loans for the next 6 months +. They are basically giving money to businesses.
This will be a game changer, puts DXN back to early Jan Position.
They can secure the 6 Mil faster.
Was stupid to revise the CR.
