The basis of the investment is unchanged only how we get there and how long it takes.

Seems to indicate something is being asked
IMO
It could be:
1. FDA says if TGA proceeds we will include results from that
2. ditto the ones being dosed now
3. If you get TGA we will give priority
4. We have to put it back because of COVID but we will give you priority
5. We are putting it back, but you can include the EAP results
