The spread rate keeps getting lower each day . There is hardly anyone going to the GP , mine will do consultations via phone/nbn , they don't want you to visit and your usual prescriptions can be filled at chemist without seeing GP or getting home delivered.
I don't think orders are sales because no one pays upfront in these situations where demand is unknown. Imo CDY only get paid per test kit used and not how many are in a warehouse nearby ready to the shipped if demand is there.
