if there were swab tests available presumably they would be using them to test symptom- only people. but they are not available so those people aren't being tested. wouldn't it be a good result if 80 per cent of people (or even 50 per cent ) who have corona virus and are in a category not now being tested were tested and identified? assuming that such testing didn't cost to much or utilise to much resources, which may well be the case with these tests.
