Ok, the Ann states material JV I don’t think it’s anything to do with a license agreement, nor do I think it’s SMS as we know there’s and MOU with SMS that converts into JV in April subject to the pilot plant results so that to me isn’t news that would now merit a trading halt but might be. As the halt is so close to the pilot plant results being issued my best guess is we could have another battery recycling deal with a large company that has been negotiated over many months and goes live subject to satisfactory pilot plant results which we now have. This would be a material JV and could be for one or more new recycling plants. I’m only guessing due to the timing between receiving the pilot plant results and this trading halt nut do feel this is something new coming to the table not an existing partner going live.
