Would be happy enough with a placement to a strong player such as Mitsui that is keen for an increased strategic stake. If they raise $500m @ say $2.20, I can live with the dilution as long as those shares don't find their way onto the market. It also gives us shareholders comfort that they will be able to see out the next 12 months if prices stay as they are.
