I am going to assume that due to data about to be released that the company had to put into halt early, given that discussions about partnerships was already highly expected.

We have not been told about at CR, so we must assume that a CR is not going to occur.

The extended delay suggests to me that "due diligence and data release to industry reps" is happening. We may get the details of an offer before we resume trading.
