might be a rights issue might be something else - if it was a run of the mill capital raising im sure they would just say that plainly - also it's a double halt over Easter to the 15th April - that's an extended period and if this was another 4-6 mill raise you wouldn't expect this extended period...

something different is afoot here either in instrument or could it be something more!

i guess we all sit back and enjoy Easter for now - at home wearing masks and playing dominoes and bingeing netflicks
