that's the way i would see it raise after announcement if good news on it's way but the good new might be a bit longer away , ie they know somethings coming but contracts not done yet and could be months away ie like chand post of the work bewg has won but we need to gear up now, we need to build inventory which was low last i looked, we might need more boats and to speed up new factory build we need the money now to get things in place for the build up and work book increasing in a couple of months ? i don't see this money as needed because debtors increased or a short term fix. this will be for expansion we might just not know what project/ s straight away.

possible big ticket items in the pipeline are
dianchi lake itself
any of the other 7 platue lake not currently working on
wuhan lakes , was to be on south lake in may this might still be on track and all those other lakes in the area could come on quicker
mexico/ urgyuay
this new bewg river
florida

long list of big ticket company changing projects to name a few. i have no doubt PET will become a favorite again and holder who brought in at higher prices will see profits
