There might be some legal reason for Keith John not signing but Citadel-Magnus have signed all recent announcements up till now and they are their investor relations consultants. KJ's shares have not been issued under the scheme - they are his existing holding which under the scheme will be substituted with a holding in Holdco and escrowed at the discretion of Carlyle. An effective way of tying him to the company if he wishes to retain any value for them. As usual holders are left with many ways of interpreting the announcement with just as many possible outcomes. I guess the best view I can put forward is that it did not say the Scheme was dead but it did say they were checking to see if it is dying. Maybe its got coronavirus.
