The CR is all an academic discussion and it is the directors call.They will know the right time as they know the latest results.They always have an eye on the market and the current volatility makes it a scary place.They will always think long term and the preservation of the company and therefore the shareholders interests.It is always better to raise money from a position of strength than of weakness along the adage assets passes from weak to strong when cash is king...so thats it from me
