While it’s certainly possible there is nothing in that announcement to suggest a cap raise, the TH is relating to exploration results.
We will all find out soon enough in any case, no point speculating on here as noone knows (but odds very high of good results with Trading Halt) - enjoy Easter with family/friends would be probably the best approach.
