Dividend paid last week. I would not throw the baby out with the dishwater here, all companies are under stress and need capital to strengthen balance sheets. A good thing they are moving to conserve investment holdings, and reduce gearing. Premium increases are positive.

Do not expect material drop in SP after placement, only 11% increase in share capital.

Holders will need to decide to either participate in SPP, or not, and if so whether to go long on the stock or take small profit from the raising.

Subject to how markets perform in coming weeks, I will take up the offer and hold for longer term conservative gains. dividend yield > 5%
