Yes noomxx, i believe the final spp issue price will be the average of the VWAP over 5 consecutive days 5th to 11th May less a 2% discount. All I know is that someone here calculated day 1 VWAP as $7.745. I'm guessing day 2 yesterday will be similar.
Today's titanic sinking (day 3) looks like it mlght be around $7.60 VWAP,(guessing)... which is already a 2% discount to day 1.
So I've roughly calculated that the final spp price would be roughly $7.54 so far... which is about what it's been bought for on market at the moment...see what happens.
