Do you include institutions in "smart money"?
They subscribed at $8.25 not long ago.
Short term interest rates in Australia are still positive.
Australian government bond yields are about 0.25% at all durations up to 3 years.
Bank term deposits are also paying positive interest.
If I was going to worry about something, I would worry about claims on mortgage insurance and on business interruption insurance.
