Last time they had an announcement like this it turned out to be a total non event and ended up being satsified by the CLN if I recall. It seems a little soon for a raise, which might suggest a third party (good news) - except wth BRN placements in recent years have generally disappointed. Maybe they have decided this is the top of the bear market DCB and best to raise now, that could in fact be sound judgement.
