BrainChip Holdings Ltd – Request for Trading Halt
BrainChip Holdings Ltd ACN 151 159 812 (ASX: BRN) requests a trading halt in respect of
BrainChip’s ordinary shares with immediate effect.
BrainChip advises:
(a) the reason for the request is to facilitate an orderly market in BrainChip's
securities pending an anticipated announcement by BrainChip regarding
entry into a proposed placement;
(b) BrainChip wishes the trading halt to remain in place until the earlier of such
time as it makes the announcement, or the commencement of trading on 16
April 2020; and
(c) BrainChip is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be
granted, or of any information necessary to inform the market or ASX about
the trading halt.
