I would say the usual frustratingly common mistake by most junior mining companies managements: they never raise money when they can !!! they raise it only when they need to !!! for NCZ they had 100M$ debt they are cash flow negative ramping up production in one of the worst commodity cycles ever and they were running out of cash....why the hell wait till now to raise capital ??? crazy...
They need to take a closer look at / learn some lessons from elon musk out of this world timing genius abilities to raise capital when he can not when he needs to....the recent tesla cap raise at the ridiculously high price of 700$+ per share was a mastermind tactic...whenever he feels he could raise capital at a decent price he just does it...
At least they raised at 15c this could have ended worst for them at 10c or even lower...
