The question that I still want answered is burrasa75 prospecting on a mineral claim or not? The SA Mining Act is quite specific that prospecting can only occur on a mineral claim. Have they obtained permission from the land owner (freehold owner or pastoral leaseholder) to enter their property and/or obtained their permission to peg a mineral claim? If not, how is this not trespassing?
