Off the top of my head it sounds like prime BS. For a start it's amateurish to go down the 249d path... the smart attack is 249s, the difference between the two is 'd' is a meeting controlled by the sitting directors...'s' is a meeting controlled by shareholders.

As for speculation about Burra... imo that's the only real thing going for AMG, l no longer believe the story of Mt Freda ....

A sale of Gilded Rose can only be a good thing... imo
