Only downside to this stock is that if the tests come back negative we should see SP retrace to pre-corona virus which is around 9-10c. Whilst if this is proven effective, hey who says this cant sky rocket 500-1000%?

From what I can read HCT is promoting their product to already kill corona-like viruses. This is the same as ZNO (who have yet to prove they are effective against the actual COVID-19 virus). In addition, we have so many other products being marketed.
