I was just about to post the same thought.
If OOH-medical jumped the gun then perhaps this trading halt is to give them sufficient time to not only release LAB results but to also sign the contract and announce a NEW distribution partner in the UK.
Also never forget - price action always leads news, 2 days of trading between 16-17 on contracting volumes was a dead give away that news was soon. I kept telling my friends but they just didn't want to listen. Sucks to be a non holder.
