I disagree, normally if the ASX has issues with the announcement the company would post an announcement saying that the trading halt will continue until "whatever reason" and this would be posted pre market open.
The company knows most of the shareholders would have been thinking about this announcement all weekend so its only good shareholder management to update them as to the progress of this news.
