If you remain in a trading halt for more than a certain number of trading days (5?) it's an automatic suspension from listing or they can request a temporary suspension themselves .
Which is what happened last year around the end of August until around the end of December.
Basically they're in the same situation but with an upcoming legal fight on top. No certainty it will ever trade again especially if Caryle have or do pull the funding or give notice of pulling the funding IMO.
