Hard to see such a big discount personally but market conditions have shown stranger things at the moment.
But 20c 25c doesn't really matter at the end of the day 20m shares/25m shares isn't going to blow open the capital structure.
As I've said in many posts before, Creasy is a man I'd rather bet on than against. Seems like he is 2/2 with LEG's late Sta holes, happy to be a part of the third hopefully.
