A good place to start normally is 5-day VWAP. That gets used a lot to set CR price - which would be 22.9c for GAL. Anything higher would be a great endorsement of management, but in current climate anything is possible.
Shouldn’t make much difference going forward especially if they are planning to use funds for accelerated drilling program.
