It would be a much more welcomed CR if another mechanism was used which did not further damage and delay growth at least from a SP viewpoint, that said the financial climate for credit is becoming very tight and so now is certainly the more prudent time to raise, as opposed to the later half of the year. Pity this is yet another raise at a lower SP from the last, when will things turn, and at what point does a management level position become culpable.
