plenty of existing shareholders did participate in the last raise.. it was unfortunate that not enough funds could be raised and therefore the participants were refunded.. a large factor around the last raise failing was due to timing with the Covid-19 pandemic and all of the world markets crashing.. this raise appears to be targeted at sophisticated investors but we will have to wait for the announcement to know for sure
