"ASX can and should take legal action on this clearly deceptive behaviour by DEG".
Is there any mechanism by which small shareholders, or a group thereof, can cause the ASX to issue a "please explain" query to the company regarding their recent false response to the earlier ASX query? Also, can the ASX be asked to investigate the beneficiaries of possible insider trading?
