Honestly no idea.
the optimist in me says yes. Because the board has so much to gain from this being successful and no one else is going to do it for them..
the pessimist in me says no. Because past experiences dictate future assumptions.
i think the market sentiment due to covid19 is having a impact on what the speculative value on this project is.
in my mind the calcs come out to 35c-40c speculation price.
but the market is always right.
