    It is obvious that the Australian government is drawing a line in the sand and Chinese (national) participation in anything resembling strategic resources is out... their approach and confident attitude suggests to me that our Government has been re assured by the USA that any financing required will be taken care of behind the scenes IMO..When investing in the future look at who is involved as it could be a poisoned chalice
