Doing a placement when the stock has been punished so hard, and with the knowledge of the latest announcements, I can only say that this seems to be a very orchestrated move.
When the price really goes up tomorrow, it simply is a millions dollar gift to those who had the opportunity to subscribe.

The period between end 2015 and one month ago, around 23th of March 2020, the share price was in the same wide range.
They had plenty of time, and opportunities to raise if they were in need of funds.
What is wrong with doing a fair Subscription Offer for current shareholders ?
Then we had that wide gap down.
If they "had to" raise now, there are other conditions counting. Or they were desperate, or they were blackmailed...
When will such a private placement (parties / amounts / conditions) will be made public ?
