Probably SP was pushed higher to extract more $$$ from the institutional placement, as it would be done at a discount usually.
2 main things to note.
1. Dip in SP post placement (big or small?)
2. Dilution on retail investors such as ourselves.
I really dislike institutional placement, as this mean we get diluted, and be at 'more mercy' of the bigger institutions.
Bigger swings and higher risks imo. Would have loved that an underwritten placement instead to give everyone a level playing field. Management once again making a wrong decision imo. Gosh.
