The FALLACY in what you are saying is that the SP needed to be low for the placement to be successful. WRONG!
The APPEAL needed to be there for the placement to be successful.
The appeal could have been for example with better timing and at a higher price with having shown we are onto something (which for example TACTI-002 showED) and then AFTER give the SAME target investors, the SAME discount (if you like). This is the spec end of the market and investors buy in with speculation. A decent marketing/finance manager (one expected of someone on a $0.5mil) would know the psychology and make the most of it to increase SH VALUE. FAILED.
